The playable characters of One Piece Unlimited World Red are 20 in total, here they are listed below:

2. Roronoa Zoro
3. Nami
4. Usopp
5. Sanji
6. Tony Tony Chopper
7. Nico Robin
8. Franky
9. Brook
10. Portgas D. Ace
11. Trafalgar Law
12. Good Hancock
13. Edward Newgate
14. Jinbe
15. Crocodile
16. Akainu
17. Buggy
18. Shanks
19. Doflamingo
20. Fujitora

These characters are not all available immediately, but they unlock as you progress in the Colosseum mode (Battle Coliseum) until you reach level A. There are some differences between the various versions of the game, in the European one this mode should be available from immediately, while in others it unlocks after completing the Campaign.
