Hitman 3: IO Interactive showed the game in a VR version

Through the official PlayStation YouTube channel, IO Interactive showed the first scenes in VR di Hitman 3, the last chapter of the action series with stealth mechanics developed by the Danish software house. The video, which awaits you at the bottom of the news, shows theAgent 47 in action with first-person view, in a version dedicated to the PlayStation VR, Sony's viewer dedicated to Virtual Reality.

Also, as with Hitman 2, all Hitman 3 owners will have the option to import all levels from previous titles into the game. It will therefore be possible to take advantage of the opportunity and, by starting the game in the PlayStation 5 version (in backward compatibility mode with the PS4 version), enjoying the graphical improvements which were introduced to take advantage of the greater hardware power of the next generation consoles, such as better management of the lighting system and improved quality of reflexes. Hitman 3 tells the story of Agent 47 that directly follow those experienced in Hitman 2: Diana, Lucas Gray and Olivia Hall will finally be able to hunt down the founding members of Providence, in order to finally be able to enact the revenge that 47 and Gray have been waiting for for many years. The title was officially announced in June 2020.

Hitman 3 is expected in the next release 20st January on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and PC (via Epic Games). The title will also be available in streaming on the Google Stadia subscription service and on Switch, the small hybrid console from Nintendo. A few days ago IO Interactive has unveiled the first 5 minutes of official gameplay by Hitman 3. Less than a month ago, however, new details were revealed on how the title will be able to di make the most of the potential of DualSense, the new PlayStation 5 controller. At the end of September IO Interactive has unveiled the content of special editions dedicated to the new chapter of the series.
