How to activate Levolution events

As in Battlefield 4 also in Battlefield Hardline the developers have foreseen the events called "levolution" in the multiplayer maps of the title. These events are nothing more than mini transformations of the game map which, to be honest, in Hardline are quite negligible when compared to those of Battlefield 4.
