The universal method

To take a screenshot of the pc you must first open the screen you want to capture. Once you have it open you have to press the Print Screen key on your keyboard once. The Print Screen key is usually located in the part top right of the keyboard, near F12; keep in mind, however, that in some PCs, especially laptops, it may be in different places.

Once you hit the key Stamp, apparently nothing will happen, but only in appearance! Indeed by pressing Print Screen you have made a Screenshot of your pc screen, which is saved in memory and is ready to be pasted into Word.




To paste the screenshot to Word all you have to do is position yourself inside the document, at the point where you want to paste the image, e press the key combination Ctrl+V.

The SMART method

To insert a screenshot with the method SMART all you have to do is click on Insert -> Screenshot and select the window you want to paste into your document.
