During the presentation of the Disney Investor Day 2020 the company officially announced the arrival of Ironheart, the television series dedicated to the superheroine Riri Williams which will debut on the streaming platform Disney +. Ironheart was created in 2015 by writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Mike Deodato and made its debut in Invincible Iron Man Vol. 2 + 7. Subsequently, the superheroine appeared in the third volume of Invincible Iron Man in 2016. The introduction of the girl could connect to the possible arrival of Young Avengers, a group of young superheroes in which we can also find Kate Bishop, Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel), America Chavez (Ms. America) and Wiccan.
Also during the conference, Disney announced the arrival of Armor wars, the series that will see the actor Don cheadle return in the shoes of James Rhodes, that is the hero War Machine. As stated by Disney through the company's official twitter profile, the series will see the protagonist collide with one of the greatest fears of Tony Stark. Is exactly Iron Man to connect the fate of these two characters, which will probably be further explored to compensate for the lack of the superhero played by Robert Downey Jr.
