Monster Hunter: released a promotional video of the film for China

Although the current Covid-19 pandemic has made its release date for the Western market still cloudy, the feature film dedicated to Monster Hunter is preparing to be released in cinemas in China starting next December 4th. To publicize even more the new film directed by Paul WS Anderson the manufacturers wanted to create a music video clip dedicated to the feature film inspired by the famous Capcom series of action and adventure video games. The video, published on the Twitter profile of the well-known insider Daniel Ahmad, sees clips already seen and some unpublished images of the film accompanied by an original rap song dedicated to the events that will be narrated in the feature film, of which you can read the official synopsis below:

Behind our world, there is another: a world populated by dangerous and powerful monsters who dominate their territory with deadly ferocity. When Lieutenant Artemis (Milla Jovovich) and his special team are transported via a portal from our world to the new, they are left speechless. In his desperate attempt to return home, the brave lieutenant encounters a mysterious hunter (Tony Jaa), whose unique abilities have allowed him to survive in this hostile land. Faced with relentless and terrifying attacks from monsters, the warriors unite to fight and find a way to return home.

This video clip differs particularly from all the teasers and trailers shown so far, all decidedly more based on tension and action, also showing how the hunt for monsters can reserve unique emotions in landscapes that give breathtaking views. In short, the Monster Hunter film could really turn out to be something more than a simple and vulgar action film, and despite its release date for the western market is still unknown, the film will arrive in Chinese cinemas on December 4, when we will find out if this film will really succeed in making its way into audiences and critics.
