Walt Disney Company has several projects in the pipeline regarding Disney + and, some of these, are focused precisely onimmense and very famous Marvel universe. One such product currently in production is Moon Knight, tv series starring the hero created by Doug Moench e Don Perlin in 1975. Unfortunately, not a lot of information has been released since its official announcement, thus making fans particularly curious about the possible interpreter of this mysterious masked hero. However, something has changed, given that today Disney has finally revealed the actor chosen for this important role.
Oscar Isaac - known for his work in the latest Star Wars trilogy, Robin Hood, Ex Machina and About David - was hired to take on this post, making it the third Marvel character he plays throughout his career. In fact, already in 2016 it was Apocalypse in X-Men: Apocalypse and, some time later, even a certain Spider-Man 2099 in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. In addition, the American company has even chosen the director of the script, or Jeremy Slater. Known for being the screenwriter of Netflix's recent The Umbrella Academy, here he is tasked with control and supervise the responsible writers of every single episode of Moon Knight.
Currently Walt Disney Company is looking for directors for every single episode of the TV series in question, as well as has not set any date for the start of filming. This is certainly not a surprise, given that even the actresses for Ms. Marvel and She-Hulk have been selected without yet having set the time for the actual start of the productions.
