Doing it for just one character could also be enjoyable since they are not impossible as objectives, but to unlock this achievement you will have to do it for ALL characters. You can check the progress of each character's stats in Nekropolis.

To be the first to reach 10.000 liters of spilled blood it is advisable to play in the Test of Luck mode on the lowest difficulty and setting the timer to 30 seconds.
To go first in totaling the 24 hours of play with each character you can connect a second controller and start a game in 2 Vs 2 challenge mode and let the game continue for 24 hours. (in the options you have to set the time to NO). It's absurd, but if you want to unlock it, it's the fastest way to do it.

SECRET RESULTS

Complet-ality
Do one of each "-ality".

In Mortal Kombat 9 there are 4 different types of -ality for each fighter, do one of each to get the result.

The 4 types are

Fatality standard
Secret fatality
Babality
Stage Fatality

The Standard Fatality is already in the character's move list while the Secret Fatality must be unlocked in the Krypt. Babality and Stage Fatality instead are NOT shown in the game.
ATTENTION: to perform a secret fatality you don't necessarily have to unlock it in the Crypt, you just need to know the key sequence.
