Even in Episode 5 of Life is Strange there are several optional photos to collect to unlock some achievements / trophies in the game. If you haven't found them all, you can use the Replay Chapter menu to replay a single part of the episode and retrieve the missing photos. Remember that the photos you collect are saved immediately, so you don't need to finish the chapter you're playing to save your progress.

In the following video you can see where you can find all 10 photos of the fifth and final episode, also including the photo it requires you to find the 5 bottles. The photos are shown in the order they appear throughout the game.
