PlayStation 5: revealed DualSense, the new Sony controller

Sony, out of the blue, has revealed the new controller of the PlayStation 5: it will be called Dualense, and not DualShock 5, and will have many new features that will be included as a feature for the new Sony flagship.

Among the features stand out the haptic feedback (the vibration we have already talked about) and the adaptive triggers (which change resistance according to the programming of the software). However, the already known functions of the rechargeable battery are also added, while some changes (such as the Create button instead of the Share button and a lightbar closer to the touchpad) revolutionize the shape of the joypad.

Il Dualense it also adds an integrated microphone, useful for talking with friends without the need for a headset, so as to facilitate quick conversations. The controller also now has two colors, going in the opposite direction compared to how they have done so far. The pad will also have a USB Type-C charging input.

The new shape, rounder and certainly different, was born from the desire to implement the new functions without increasing size and weight: triggers and actuators are in fact strategically positioned, as well as the haptic vibration.
