The world of smartphones continues incessantly to amaze buyers: every day, regardless of the brand, the refinement of perfection aims companies to polish every single detail that is not in tune with the rest of the category. This is reflected in a continuous series of updated products, coming out at close distances, with small improvements capable of making these products increasingly essential. Realme comes from Sky Li, former vice president of Oppo, and like many companies he has always distinguished himself for the production of smart products rather than just smartphones. For this we have headsets, power banks, smart devices and much more. Obviously, there is no shortage of smartphone, returning with Realme 7 series. Design
The smartphone comes with a completely plastic chassis defined by a stylistic knurling that divides the rear surface into two areas with different reflections (this style is often used by Realme, giving a really nice optical effect). At the rear, in relief, there is one quadruple camera which focuses heavily on the most important of the four, from 48 MP. On the side the device offers a general button with fingerprint detector on the right, while on the left there are the two buttons for the volume and the input for the two SIMs and for the microSD.
At the bottom the Realme 7 features a USB-C input, an AUX input, an amplifier and a microphone, leaving the top completely empty. At the front, the 6.5-inch screen has the front camera housing at the top left, then inserting it into the display.
Despite the plastic material, the smartphone is solid, Well compact and does not show areas too at risk of damage, except for the screen itself which instead protrudes from the chassis by about half a millimeter and, therefore, could be damaged if hit strongly. Fortunately, the glass that protects it is a Gorilla Glass 3. Furthermore, the screen occupies an area of 90,5% of the smartphone, leaving only a slightly evident black band at the bottom.
The Realme 7 weighs 196,5 grams and has a length of 162,3mm, a width of 75,4mm and a depth of 9,4mm. The product is on sale in two colors: Mist White and Mist Blue.

The product comes with some very high technical specifications for the price range: from the great autonomy of the product to the performance of the display, the Realme 7 is suitable for any type of use, however, placing a lot of emphasis on its photographic sector (it is also denoted by the choice of Sony optics). The model we tested had 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of memory, but the ability to expand it with microSD still remains a useful addition.
Speaking again of autonomy, the duration of this smartphone is really well managed: the battery optimizer, if used correctly, manages to make this phone last for more than a day with an average use, something more and more appreciated especially for those who use this tool for work. Energy saving pushes these numbers beyond two days, almost 3 in the case of Super Energy Savings. For the rest, the processor is useful for everyday use thanks to its 2 core 2.05 GHz Cortex-A76 and to the rest 6 core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55.
The device presents an average amplifier, capable of pushing the sound well but without making it stand out in terms of quality. The reproduction of multimedia contents also takes advantage of the upper amplifier (the one for phone calls), but the audio that comes out is a bit ruined and only serves as a palliative for the lack of upper speakers (so as not to lose the Stereo) .
Display
The display of the Realme 7, a simple 6.5-inch FullHD + LCD, has a good yield in terms of colors and brightness. Being LCD allows it to reach high refresh rates, while the hole of the front camera exceeds 5mm in diameter and is placed in a perhaps a bit annoying way on the display (not so much for the position, but for its size).
The screen reaches a resolution of 1080 × 2400 pixels, thus having a density of 405 ppi, while the 16 million colors are confirmed. In conclusion, if you are aiming for a phone capable of doing everything discreetly, surely this Realme 7 can boast an excellent display, capable of great things. Obviously the limits of the LCD, even if IPS, are visible but it is a price that you can pay if you want to save on cost.

The poker of rear cameras allows really well-structured shots: the 48MP of the main one do most of the work, the wide-angle really manages the FOV well, the macro allows zooms of really exciting details and the black / white manages to manage better. contrasts with other colors. Anteriorly, the selfie cam is really high quality with its 16MP, guaranteeing amazing results if you are looking for a selfie-phone.
The rear camera stabilizer is digital, so nothing exciting, while otherwise every software enhancement of the Realme UI is present: autofocus, touch focus, face detection and so on. On the video component, however, we find footage up to 4K and 30FPS, with a slowmotion that can be pushed up to 240 FPS. Finally, the native application also offers, among the modes, the Starry Mode, night filters, UIS and UIS Max, and finally the ultra wide angle video.
