On the occasion of the Consumer Electronics Show 2021, Samsung announced a new generation of TV called Neo QLED, the company's next flagship devices as far as the range is concerned 8K e 4K, which take QLED technology to the next level with a new light source, the Quantum Mini LED, precisely controlled by Quantum Matrix technology and the Neo Quantum processor, a powerful image processor optimized for these televisions.
This new series of televisions is characterized precisely by these Quantum Mini LEDs, which they measure 1/40 of a conventional LED, and instead of using a lens to diffuse the light and a cell to keep the LED in position, this new technology uses smaller layers of superimposed LEDs, thus presenting a higher density of led. Quantum Matrix technology allows for ultra-precise backlight control and allowing a more enjoyable view of any content.
This new range of TVs will also be a lot optimized for gaming, thanks to the two new exclusive features “Super Ultrawide GameView” and “FreeSync Premium Pro“. The first offers the possibility to play both in 21: 9 and ultrawide, at 32: 9, allowing, thanks to a wider field of view, not to miss any moment of the action. The second of these new features, however, allows you to minimize image slowdown on screen. In addition, these televisions will have an integrated game bar, which allows you to quickly monitor and adjust some of the most important aspects during your sessions or, such as changing the aspect ratio, controlling input lag or connecting an audio device (such as headphones).
In short, after trying to revolutionize the mobile sector thanks to the Galaxy Z Fold folding phones, this new range of Samsung TVs really seems to want to establish itself in the market, setting a new standard for competition that from now on will have to adapt to this new technology, which is already tempting many fans of both computer and gaming, given the many optimizations for the world of video games.
