It may seem like a serious hardware problem, but you can fix it yourself without having to go to the store and be without your device for at least two days. You can fix this as long as the phone has no physical or liquid damage. That said, here's what you need to do:
1) Forced restart of your Galaxy A20e
Right! A forced restart will cause the phone to answer again. In fact, it may be the only thing you need to do to get the device working. It is a simulated battery removal that updates the phone's memory and reloads its apps and services. Here's how on your Galaxy A20e:
- Press and hold the Volume Down button and don't release it yet.
- While holding down the volume button, also press and hold the power key.
- Keep both buttons pressed together for at least 15 seconds.
If the logo is displayed on the screen, it means that the phone has responded to this method and it means that the problem is solved. - Plug the charger into a working wall outlet.
- Use the original cable, connect your phone to the charger.

- After that and while the phone is still connected to the charger, press and hold the Volume Down button and don't release it yet.
- While holding down the volume button, also press and hold the power key.

3) How to factory reset Galaxy A20e

- Remove your Google and Samsung accounts so you don't get locked out.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the key Volume up and the key Bixby, then press and hold the key power on.
- When the Galaxy A20e logo appears, release all three keys.
- Your Galaxy A20e will continue to boot into recovery mode. When a black screen with blue and yellow texts appears, proceed to the next step.
- Press the key several times Volume down to highlight “wipe data / factory reset”.
- Press the Potenza key to select.
- Press the button Volume down until “Yes” is highlighted.
- Press the Power button to select and start the master reset.
- When the master reset is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.
- Press the power button to restart the device.
