In Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes ci sono 4 side missions that unlock after completing the only main mission "Ground Zeroes". Complete these side missions with Rating S you will need it to unlock different Achievements / Trophies, namely:

General tips to get the S rating: deactivate the Reflex mode in the settings (it earns you more points), try not to get caught, do not kill the enemies but just stun them if necessary, do it as quickly as possible and avoid as much as possible to reload the checkpoints. The difficulty you play doesn't matter, so I recommend playing Normal.
