During the commercial break of the 54th edition of the Super Bowl, which saw the clash between the champions of the National Football Conference, i San Francisco 49ers, and those of the American Football Conference, i Kansas City Chiefs, a new spot dedicated to "Sonic - The movie". The clip shows, in addition to a nice curtain between several American athletes, which enhance the athletic skills of a mysterious character, new unpublished scenes from the film depicting the iconic blue hedgehog and Robotnik (Jim Carrey). Based on Sega's successful global video game franchise, Sonic The Hedgehog tells the story of the fastest hedgehog in the world as he embraces his new home on Earth. In this live-action comedy, the blue hedgehog and his new best friend Tom (James Marsden) team up to defend the planet from the evil genius Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey) and his plans for world domination. The film also features Ben Schwartz as the voice of Sonic.
