Super Nintendo World: Park opening has been postponed again!

Universal Studios Japan has recently announced that the opening of the Super Nintendo World it will not happen next month, as originally planned. The theme park of the Kyoto house was supposed to debut there Osaka the next 4 February, but given that until the 7th of February the large Japanese port city will find itself in a state of emergency due to the pandemic caused by the COVID-19, USJ preferred to postpone the opening of Super Nintendo World again, reassuring fans of the big N that will wait for the emergency to be lifted to communicate a new opening date. Below is a brief excerpt from the official press release:

Initially, the government of the Rising Sun had decided to limit activities in areas of Tokyo and surrounding areas, to then extend the emergency to 11 other prefectures, Osaka included. At the moment these are not particularly restrictive countermeasures, especially when compared to those issued in the latter period by other countries, although the government advises people not only to avoid non-essential travel abroad, but also not to go to particularly crowded places such as restaurants and cinemas. Furthermore, the latter are strongly advised to close in the evening.
