To make you understand well what I'm going to talk about, before each section I will link the video to see you. To better enjoy this journey into the brilliant mind of that Kojima troll, you must first see the video, then read and continue.
The first is a video with subsequent gameplay of the new chapter (it was thought) of Metal Gear Solid, set after Peace Walker and before MG1; in the video you can see and hear the names of many characters known to us, such as Kaz, Paz, Chico and you can see the emblem of Fox and Xof (???). The title is called: Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes.
Shortly after a video of a new video game comes out, graphics to scream, complicated story, in which we see two people, one of which without his left arm, escape from a clinic where strange things happen: a man on fire, a person flying, a flying whale ... Little info to point out: while the man sees the flying arm of the petals (MGS3), you see a horse (MGS3), the man has his right eye bandaged (Big Boss), at the end on the writing the Phantom Pain you see an inscription of the same color as the background above the title, which if highlighted writes "Metal Gear Solid V" and to conclude the author of the game from the elusive (and unknown) house Moby Dick, is called Joakim Mogren ... and the Joakim's anagram is Kojima ... okay you understand ...
The title in question is the last video: Metal Gear Solid V the Phantom Pain !!!
Ground Zeroes, which presented itself as a future Metal Gear, is actually a fake, (or at least it is not the official title, or it will even be a prologue), while Phantom Pain, which did not look like a Metal Gear, is actually the Metal Gear Solid V (or will it be the sequel to this video game divided into two parts).
Hideo Kojima has released some information (which I will analyze below): he said that the graphics engine will be the newest Fox engine. In the game we will only use Big Boss (I remember however that the last time he said such a thing was for Metal Gear Solid 2: “in MGS2 the protagonist will definitely be Solid Snake…). Also David Hayter, famous for lending his voice to both Naked Snake and Solid Snake, will not give his voice to Big Boss in this title (maybe why he has to give it to another character in the game already? ...)
Many things remain pending, of which only guesses can be made:
- Who is the fiery man? Volgin?
- Who is the blindfolded man? Maybe Frank Jaeger aka Gray Fox?
- Is it all real or just a dream?
- Who are the Diamond Dogs? what about the XOF?
- Who is V?
- Who is the man with the burned face?
- Where will the title be placed temporally?
- How did you lose your arm? To remove some cells from which the Les Enfants Terribles project will be made?
- Will we see Liquid, Solid and Solidus?
- Is the man in the gas mask a young Psyco Mantis?
- At the end of the trailer, what does Naked Snake / Big Boss have on his forehead? First generation cyborg implants?
Well all that remains is to wait for more information, probably at E3 2013
