The Elder Scrolls Online and DOOM Eternal will also arrive on Next Gen

With an official statement Bethesda has recently announced two of the titles that it intends to launch on next-generation consoles as well. The path and the decisions to be made when choosing the titles to carry from generation to generation are never easy, but the software house seems to have very clear ideas, because it will bring both The Elder Scrolls Online and Eternal DOOM, two of the titles that have positively marked, among the many lows, the current generation. Below we propose the press release:

The Elder Scrolls Online e DOOM Eternal will arrive on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. Players who have or purchase a copy on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will be able to upgrade them to Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 versions for free as they become available. Additionally, our teams are working hard to make sure both games immediately support backwards compatibility as new consoles come out.

Over the next few weeks and months we will be providing more information on the arrival of The Elder Scrolls Online e DOOM Eternal on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, including release date and a list of enhancements. At the moment we have no further news on the other titles in our catalog, but we can confirm that we are willing to offer updates free to all owners of current generation Bethesda games on consoles that we will bring to the next generation of consoles.

The news will surely make many fans happy, who will also be happy to know that they will be able to follow the QuakeCon At Home from 7 to 9 August, an event during which the company will reveal interesting news. As always, we remind you to stay tuned with us and our channels because we will follow the expected event live.
