The Game Awards 2020 they are getting closer and closer. There are now too many hours before the start of the event considered by many to be the most important in the gaming world. This year, in full osmosis with the vicissitudes linked to the Coronavirus pandemic, the famous ceremony will be held online and will enjoy, as always, the presence on the (virtual) stage of the good Geoff Keighley, as well as several Hollywood celebrity names. Among these we mention stars of the caliber of Tom Holland, Troy Baker, Gal Gadot, Brie Larson and, to be added in the latter moment, also the famous director Christopher Nolan (Tenet; Interstellar; Dunkirk) came to the fore today regarding statements that know of protest against Warner Bros ..
The well-known director will therefore be a member of the ceremony, but not just anyone. Nolan will in fact, together with Geoo Keighley, be one of the presenters of The Game Awards 2020. Not a random name of course. The famous director is in fact very close to the gaming world, more than one might think. He has in fact stated several times that films such as Interstellar and Inception were partly influenced by various puzzle-game video games, and when he collaborated with epic Games and their flagship title Fortnite for a screening of his films within the game world.
While there are only a couple of days left until The Game Awards 2020, new names could always be around the corner. Today it was the turn of the famous award-winning director Christopher Nolan, but it is not certain that a few hours before the event some other prominent names will come out that will make an appearance within the ceremony. Equally difficult is making predictions on who will win the award in their respective categories and who will win the 2020 best game of the year award. Otherwise, home users have already voted for GOTY 2020, and the winner was Ghost of Tsushima.
