Despite the small break due to some coronavirus cases that occurred in the crew, the shooting of the second season of The Witcher they started again a few weeks ago without any particular hitches in production. To further increase the hype for this next season of one of the flagship series of the best-known streaming on demand platform, Netflix has launched the hashtag #Witchmas along with the hashtag on its official Twitter accounts first official photos of the set of this 'season two'. The images show a collection of training swords, a Scoia'tael flag on a tree and a set of Wolf School medallions.

These three scenarios all clearly refer to Kaer Morhen, a place dedicated to the training of Witchers, where they will go Geralt and Ciri in this second season of the tv series. At the moment we do not yet have an official trailer for this highly anticipated sequel, but most likely in the coming weeks Netflix will surely give us at least a teaser of the second season of The Witcher, which unlike the first will focus much more on the development of the story and the characters, after having presented them and made them meet in the various events of the first episodes. Currently the second season of The Witcher doesn't have an official release date yet, but we know for sure it will be released on Netflix during the 2021, presumably in the second half of the next calendar year.
