Diablo 3: Guide to Triumphant Feats [360-PS3]

 

The bosses of Diablo 3 can be simply defeated, but if you do so by adding that little bit of extra skill you will be able to complete the Triumphal Quests as well.

In this guide we see what the triumphal quests of Diablo 3 are and how they are completed, a quest that will allow you to unlock 4 Trophies / Objectives:

- Fresh meat
- Out of the Shadows
- Next year
- Diabolical

The triumphal feats must be completed during the battles against the 4 main bosses of the game. Below we list all the challenges to be completed with some tips to do it without major problems.

Guide the Butcher's Triumphal Feats
Kill the ACT 1 boss (the Butcher) by completing these challenges:

- Nightmare mode:
Kill the Butcher while he is stunned by his own charge attack on Nightmare difficulty or higher. This attack is quite easy to predict and therefore to dodge. When you do, the Butcher should hit the wall and be stunned for a few seconds. Kill him at that moment to complete the challenge.

- Abyss mode:
Kill the butcher without being burned by the flames that come out of the ground and without being caught by the ancient harpoon playing on Abyss difficulty or higher. For this challenge, speed is everything. Don't stray too far from the Butcher, if you stay close he won't use the harpoon. But if you stay close, you risk being burned by the flames, which increase with the passage of time. So kill him as soon as possible by staying close to him.

- Hell mode:
Kill the butcher in under 2 minutes playing on Inferno difficulty. Very difficult to do alone, much better together with one or more friends.

Guide Belial's Triumphal Quests
Eliminate the ACT 2 boss (Belial) by completing these challenges:

- Normal Mode:
Kill Belial without dying and without being hit by Meteor and Projection attacks. During the phase with giant Belial you will understand where his attacks are headed thanks to the green discs that appear on the ground. Avoid them to complete the challenge.

- Normal Mode:
Kill Belial without being hit by the Punch attack. The suggestions for the previous challenge apply.

- Nightmare mode:
Kill at least 10 sentries in the first 30 seconds, before starting the fight with Belial playing on Nightmare difficulty or higher. The sentries are the enemies Snakes, aim them immediately as soon as the fight begins, you will have to kill 10 of them in 30 seconds.

- Hell mode:
Kill Belial without being hit by her Breath attack while playing on Inferno difficulty. Move to the far left or right of the map to avoid this attack.

Lead the Triumphal Quests of Azmodan
Eliminate the ACT 3 boss (Azmodan) by completing these quests:

- Abyss mode:
Destroy the gates before any Demon Troopers can appear by playing on Abyss difficulty or higher. The gates are the pillars that appear during the fight. Take them down before enemies are born from them.

- Abyss mode:
Kill Azmodan before the bloodied terrain advance reaches you by playing on Abyss difficulty or higher. The bloody ground advances from the outside closing you in an ever smaller area. Keep moving inward and kill Amzodan before this becomes a problem.

- Abyss mode:
Kill Azmodan without getting hit by a fireball playing on Abyss difficulty or higher. The fireballs are powerful but also very slow, avoid them by running. Keep your distance to make things easier.

- Abyss mode:
Kill Azmodan without killing any minions (reinforcements) by playing on Abyss difficulty or higher. You simply have to ignore Azmodan's little allies for the duration of the fight.

Guide Diablo's Triumphal Quests
Eliminate the ACT 4 (Diablo) boss by completing the following quests

- Nightmare mode:
Kill Diablo without restoring your health, using orbs or the healing well while playing on Nightmare difficulty or higher. If you play with friends they also do NOT have to use the orbs or wells of healing, you can instead use the potions from the inventory or the healing spells of the allied Monks.

- Abyss mode:
Kill Diablo without dying and without being trapped by playing on Abyss difficulty or higher. You'll know it's time to roll away when you see Diablo's hands starting to glow. It will not be easy to avoid the traps, you will need practice and possibly some friends to distract him for you.

- Abyss mode:
During the Diablo encounter, kill 5 clones of yourself in the Realm of Terror by playing on Abyss difficulty or higher. During one of the phases of the fight you will find yourself in a dark area where you will have to fight your clones. It will take more than one try as the clones appear 3 or 4 at a time.
