Among the tricks and glitches that with the passing of the days are popping up for Fallout New Vegas this is certainly one of the most original and interesting. It is basically about setting enemies on fire (and not just them of course) without wasting ammunition. What you need is an Anti Material Rifle and some incendiary ammo.

After loading the rifle with these weapons, enter VAT mode and aim at the target without shooting. Exit VAT mode and you will see that what you were aiming for is now on fire.
