To go first in your Formula GT hunt, you can speed up the flow of days by loading a license test and moving on to the next, without actually taking the test. When the loading screen appears between tests, one day will have passed. It takes five days in the game for the entire used car list to fully update, giving you a new chance to see another Formula GT appear in the dealership.
