- Click Windows Start icon.
- In search box, type “Device Manager”.
- Select "Device management”In the list that appears.
- In the window that appears, click icon "+ " next to "Network cards".
- In the expanding list, look for anything that says "Bluetooth".
If the listing shows a device with the word "Bluetooth" in its name, then congratulations - you have a Bluetooth adapter on your computer and can proceed to the next step.
How to know if the MAC has Bluetooth
If you have a Mac, we need to check System Preferences to see if it shows that a Bluetooth radio is installed inside your computer. You can follow this process as follows:
