    The Pegasus Dream Tour, Tokyo 2020 Paralympics game, announced

    La JP Games di Hajime Tabata, the game director of Final Fantasy XV, announced The Pegasus Dream Tour, the official game of Tokyo 2020 Paralympics, developed in collaboration with and under license from International Paralympic Committee. The title will be a sports RPG set in the futuristic city of Pegasus City, players will have to participate in virtual versions of Paralympic sports in which they can use skills called Xtra Power.



    As reported by Tabata, the focus of the project is to attract interest in the Paralympic Games in view of the Tokyo 2020 edition:

    This is not just an ordinary sports game. JP Games will fully represent the wonders that are unique to the Paralympic Games within this new RPG, the genre we excel at. With this game we want to contribute to the future growth of the Paralympic Games, not only as a sporting event but also as an entertainment, with content that we hope will have lasting value in the future as well.



    The Pegasus Dream Tour will be released on various platforms not yet confirmed, including smartphones and tablets.
